Hi, are you sure that answer to Q.3 is a)? According to ISTQB syllabus:
ReplyDeletesecurity testing: Testing to determine the security of the software product. See also functionality testing.
It is not directly stated, but seems that according to ISTQB there is a relation between functional testing and security testing.
Hi, are you sure that answer to Q.4 is b)?
ReplyDeletePortability seems to have little in common with disaster. I don't know what would be the correct answer out of the five available - nothing really matches my understanding of portability.
Hi, another problem with Q.6.
ReplyDeleteAccording to ISTQB syllabus:
software life cycle: The period of time that begins when a software product is conceived and ends when the software is no longer available for use. The software life cycle typically includes:
concept phase,
requirements phase,
design phase,
implementation phase,
test phase,
installation and checkout phase,
operation and maintenance phase,
and sometimes, retirement phase.
Note these phase may overlap or be performed iteratively.
In my opinion every answer would be correct for this question meaning none of the phases that were given in Q.6 are appropriate.
Hi, another doubts in question 12. According to article I found regarding 11 steps http://www.msqaa.org/Best_Practices/Miscellaneous/TheVConceptOfTesting.pdf every given answer is part of the process.
ReplyDeletein the question we are asked for the sequence.in the right sequence 3rd step is test software requirements and 4th step is test software design. but in the question they changed the sequence
